COPAC has a wide range of payment options. The program fees may be discounted through a pre-payment process.
Axis I or II- Patients who leave prior to completion of their 30-day period will be charged for administrative services, lab costs and physician care, plus per diem. COPAC requires this fee on admission. Fees for subsequent months will be due on the first day of that month. COPAC will assist patients with insurance filing.
Financial Arrangements Financial Arrangements should be made through the business office prior to the patient’s arrival at COPAC. It is the policy of the board of directors that patients, on entry, will pay the amount of the first month’s treatment. Fees from subsequent months will be due on the first day of that month. Fees are based on a 30-day stay. On request, staff will complete and submit insurance claims. The payment of such claims will depend on the coverage provided by the agency.
COPAC can also refer patients to an independent company who provides financing options for qualified persons. Please ask our account managers about this service.
COPAC Account Managers will initiate pre-admission dialogue with each patient’s insurance company to discuss available benefits. Listed below are some of the more frequently contacted providers.
COPAC makes no guarantee for payment of benefits by any provider or individual policy. We strongly encourage allowing our Account Manager to make contact with your provider to review applicable benefits.
